Why you should buy on Brandy Melville

Brandy Melville.... even the name it's catchy.
Last week I went to the store at Irvine Spectrum Mall. I should say as soon as I set a foot into that store I fell in love with EVERYTHING. Right now it's the most popular store among teenagers. And why not? These are the 3 reasons why you should buy there.

Reasons to love it:
1- The store theme it's beautiful, the wood, the signs, the lighting, flowers... well, everything.
2- The vibe is amazing, the girls who work there are friendly and you feel surrounded by good vibes.
3- The Clothing, PERFECTION. I wanted to buy one of each thing in the store. Nice for summer, comfy and overall cheap.

This brand is originally made in Italy. From a small store they became one of the most popular and hottest store in not only the U.S but the whole world loves it.

Trying the healthy life

My sister started to eat healthy and has been working out. She wants to be healthy and I support her 100%. Today she woke up and asked me to help her cook her breakfast.

This is what she came up with:

  • a toasted whole grain bread
  • on top fried eggs
  • tomato sauce (chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, garlic butter and a tiny bit of soy sauce)
Of course she wanted watermelon as an extra and to drink water.

You should try it, tell me if you liked it. It is easy to cook, delicious, healthy and I will keep you satisfied until lunch time.

How to reduce Cellulitis

What causes Cellulite?

The causes of cellulite are not well understood, but some of the most commons are:
  • Hormonal factors - hormones likely play an important role in cellulite development. Many believe estrogen, insulin, noradrenaline, thyroid hormones, and prolactin are part of the cellulite production process.
  • Genetics - certain genes are required for cellulite development. Genes may predispose an individual to particular characteristics associated with cellulite, such as gender, race, slow metabolism, distribution of fat just underneath the skin, and circulatory insufficiency.
  • Diet - people who eat too much fat, carbohydrates, or salt and too little fiber are likely to have greater amounts of cellulite.

  • Lifestyle factors - cellulite may be more prevalent in smokers, those who do not exercise, and those who sit or stand in one position for long periods of time.

  • Clothing - underwear with tight elastic across the buttocks (limiting blood flow) may contribute to the formation of cellulite.

What I use to reduce Cellulite:

I prepare a homemade scrub because Laser or whatever are too expensive. This scrub is easy to prepare and I bet the ingredients I'm using are in your kitchen.

What you'll need are:

  • A bowl
  • Coffee

  • Sugar

  • Olive Oil

  • Mix all that until it looks like mud

How to apply:

Put the scrub in the affected area (e.i. legs, butt, stomach) and massage it for about 5 minutes.

NOTE: DO THIS ONCE A WEEK OR TWICE. DON'T GO CRAZY WITH IT. YOU CAN ALSO USE IT TO EXFOLIATE YOUR FACE.

Kendall Jenner Style

Have you ever seen Kendall Jenner's outfit and thought "I want"? I know I have.
That's the reason why I recreated one of Kendall's outfit. I kept it cheap, simple and still managed to look fashionable

Kendall:

Me:

 Jeans from Stradivarius $30

Simple white crop top from Zara $10

Vegan Leather Jacket from MANGO $40

Costumed handmade backpack (this is opcional but it matched the outfit, plus its a nice touch to the look)

Shoes $13 (they kinda look like chanels shoes)

All that for a total of $93. (without the backpack though).

Another tip to recreate Kendall's look it's to keep your make up simple. Maybe just some foundation, concealer, bronzer (don't go crazy with it though) and of course mascara.

Keeping it.... Classy?

Classy?

Last week my boyfriend and I went to the theater. I first wanted to go with a dress and pumps, then, my mom took me shopping. I had to changed the whole outfit because I didn't feel comfortable with it. So I went to MANGO and pick up a simple white shirt with long sleeves, black pants (Which I happened to had in my closet) and black pumps.

As for accesories I wore a chains necklace from MANGO, the purse it's from Honk Kong (my aunt is selling them) and as bracelets I took them from my sister.
